Meet Paz, the creative mind behind @allaboutlloyd_, and her canine soulmate Lloyd, a seven-year-old Italian Greyhound and Whippet mix, affectionately known as Cuchito, Stinky Boy, and Roydo Chan. Paz and Lloyd's story of how they met reflects modern times perfectly: “We met online, like 50% of the population these days,” Paz laughs. “It took a few weeks until I could pick him up in Wales, but from that day on, we’ve been inseparable! We try to do as many activities together as possible—especially eating and going on hikes.”

 

Spotlight Lover
Lloyd is a very friendly dog with a big personality. “You can always tell how he’s feeling, whether he’s happy or upset—he’ll definitely let you know.” He’s also not shy about being the center of attention. “He loves getting attention from people and traveling everywhere. He gets super excited and shows it by wagging his tail around you or giving you a kiss or two!”

Cuddles and Love
On a typical day, you can find these two in their hometown of Tokyo, a city Paz describes as both surprising and full of contrasts. “We start the morning with lots of cuddles, then Lloyd carries on sleeping while I start working. Once he wakes up properly, he likes to head out to the terrace for a little sunbathing session while he watches me work. Around lunchtime, we usually go for a long walk—my favorite song to walk to on a sunny day is Havlíčkovy sady by Hiroki Saitoh—and we always stop for a quick drink or sometimes a business meeting. Back home, Lloyd takes another nap, and after dinner, he comes over for some cuddles and time together.” It’s no surprise that the one thing they both can’t live without is cuddles and love—but who can, really?
