When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping is free for all orders within the European Union. For international orders, shipping is complimentary on orders over €300. For international orders under €300, a flat shipping rate of €15 applies at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. 

Note that certain regions within these countries are excluded.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BOYANDTEDDY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Average shipping times:

Europe to EU: 1-3 business days

EU to UK: 2-3 business days

Europe to non-EU country: 3-6 business days

Europe to Canada & US : 3-8 business days

Please note: For non-EU countries, there may be delays due to customs. The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@boyandteddy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
